Challenge:

The original product used by the customer was non-automated, with unstable welding quality, low welding efficiency and high labor cost investment.

Solution:

To solve this problem, we designed a fully automated production line with simplified production processes and a production beat of 5s.

Impact:

● Fully automatic loading, reducing the cost of loading workers.

● Reduce the two transferring sequences of shell, realize seamless connection with customer's cleaning machine, reduce the transferring of shell materials, and improve the overall production efficiency.

● Copper tube loading adopts the way of loading from the outside, which solves the risk problem of leakage welding caused by two halves of electrode for copper tube automation, and the welding quality is more stable.
