Challenge:
The welding beat of the old process used by the customer was slow and could not reach the required 3.5S/piece.The surface of the material was blackened after welding by the old process and required secondary treatment.This made production inefficient and costly.
To solve this problem, we use the energy storage welder to realize fast discharge, improve the beat and at the same time ensure that the surface does not change color when welding.
