Challenge:

The customer's old equipment had a low level of automation, which required a large number of workers and resulted in high labor costs and inconsistent weld quality.

To solve this problem, we adopt the patented technology developed by Heron, which can realize the automatic welding of at least 5 welding joints for more than 6 parts of the moving contact system.

The conveying, positioning and shifting of contacts, flexible connections and other parts between processes are automated, makes it only need one production staff to add materials and monitor the equipment on site for the whole line.

At the same time, it is equipped with a real-time welding quality monitoring system, which can monitor the welding quality in real time.
