Challenge:

The customer's production land plan was limited, so the new line was required to be suitable for joining a variety of structural products and the machine structure was required to be of high density.Requires riveting quality process monitoring and does not allow oil contamination.

To solve this problem, we designed an automated production line to increase the diversity of products that can be riveted while maintaining productivity. We combined multiple stations to reduce the footprint of the machine. At the same time, we equipped the line with HRC670, which enables us to monitor the quality of the riveted joints in real time. The BTM TL studless riveting tooling used in the line ensures stable riveting points and tooling life without the need for oil spraying.
