Challenge:

The old process is manually operated and prone to leakage and wrong welding problems, which makes the product quality cannot be guaranteed and the production efficiency is low.

Solution:

To solve this problem. We utilize a visual gripping system and design a projection welding workstation according to customer needs to realize a fully automated production process.Through the program setting, we realized the co-station production of multiple products and improved the utilization rate of the workstation.

Impact:

● Economic Impact:The quantity of single loading is 150 pieces, and the workers are only responsible for loading and unloading, and replacing the material frames. Only one person in the workshop inspection, can take care of more than one automatic welding station, labor costs have dropped significantly.

● Social Impact：Fully-automatic production ensures product quality and improves production efficiency. This workstation production beat is 16.8S.

● Environmental Impact:The resistance welding process is pollution-free, emission-free, low energy consumption, and can realize the whole room temperature production.
