Customer Situation: The customer's current equipment is not productive enough to meet demand and lacks compatibility for product replacement. The inadequate automation level requires a large worker, leading to high labor costs and unstable clinching quality.

Heron Solution: To address the customer's issue, we have developed an automated production line capable of clinching multiple points at the same time. Furthermore, we increase the compatibility of each station by servo mechanism changeover.
