Conditions of The dealer

Admission conditions

Filing system

In order to protect the uniqueness of your project prevent any instances of unfair competition and infringement, you need to file the project, all of the projects should be reported with specific project descriptions and exposures, that is, to be true and effective.

Sales target for the distributor area

Usually three years is set as a benchmark. For example: the initial target is set at a minimum of $300,000 worth of Heron products purchased during the first year, with increases to $600,000 in the second year and $1,000,000 in the third year. After three years the sales target should be renewed according to the actual situation, and failure to meet the requirements may result in termination of the distribution agreement by Heron.

Local market report

The market reports specific to each local market should be provided to Heron on a bi-annual basis, which should include the development trends of Heron's products in the local market. Additionally, regular collection of customer feedback on the quality, design, price and other aspects of the proposal should also be included in these reports.

Engineers have certain welding expertise

It is necessary for your engineer to possess relevant welding expertise and after-sales service ability. Additionally, it is expected that your company should be able to handle the simple debugging and common troubleshooting of Heron standard machines. However, in cases that may prove to be more complex, Heron stands ready to extend assistance and support. In the case of custom machines, Heron is fully responsible for providing after-sales service.

Competing products may not be produced or sold in the sales territory

Dealer shall not produce or sell in the distribution area any products that competes with HERON products.

HERON products cannot be sold outside the sales area

Dealer shall not advertise, sell or promote Heron products in any area outside the distribution area.
