Automated Welding Lines For Conductive Busbars For Frame Circuit Breakers

Project Background：

High cost of solder, labour and site;

Unstable welding quality and large manual welding error;

Low efficiency and urgent need to improve production capacity.

Solution：

We introduced the conductive busbar welding intelligent production line, in addition to the busbar installation process, other processes are completed by automatic devices and robots, and achieve the product welding, drying, testing, packaging, production data MES communication of the integrated production line. We use information monitoring production to reduce the workpiece error, and automated production to solve the problem of low efficiency.

1. A significant increase in production capacity, automated production lines to achieve 4500 pieces / day, welding specialised machines to achieve 5500 pieces / day;

2. Reduce the cost of solder, part of the process does not need to use solder paste;

3. Save manpower cost, the whole line only needs 1 mobile worker to renew the material, the rest of the process is completed automatically;

4. Stable and controllable production quality, product defect rate reduced to ppm (parts per million) level.
