Customer Situation : The customer's production land was limited, so the new production line had to be suitable for joining multiple structural products. Additionally, it also required monitoring of the clinching quality process and prohibits any oil contamination.

Heron Solution : To address the customer's issue, we developed an automated production line to increase product diversity and maintain productivity. We reduced the machine's footprint by combining multiple stations. We also incorporated HRC670 into the line for real-time monitoring of clinched joint quality. Additionally, the use of BTM TL studless clinching tooling ensures stable clinching points and prolongs tooling lifespan, eliminating the need for oil spraying.
