Customer Situation: The customer<000000>lsquo;s existing process required two welds to achieve a solid weld, which resulted in low productivity and poor dimensional consistency of the welded product. At the same time, the placement and flipping of contacts needed to be done manually, which made the labor costs high.

Heron Solution: To address the customer's issue, we have developed a fully automated welding machine, which is able to realize the full automation of contact and silver point conveying, merging and assembling into the tooling positioning, sorting and discharging, and visual inspection of the size after welding 

Economic Impact: Resistance welding process ensures good dimensional consistency of products, leading to improved quality. It also helps in reduce the generation of scrap and costs.

Social Impact: Fully automated equipment reduces the product production turnover process links and improves labour efficiency. The production cycle time is 8s/piece.

Environmental Impact: Using resistance welding process has no pollution or emission, low energy consumption, and enables clean production at room temperature.
