Customer Situation
: The customer encountered unstable welding quality and significant manual welding errors. Consequently, there was an urgent need for them to enhance production capacity and efficiency.
Heron Solution : To address the customer's issue, we designed an automatic system for frame breaker welding and adopted advanced information technology tools to monitor production quality. The entire production line only requires one operator to refill materials, while the rest of the process is completed automatically.
Economic Impact : Production capacity increased from 4500pc/ day to 5500pc/ day, product defect rate reduced to PPM (parts per million) level.
Environmental Impact : Removed need for solder paste from process, thereby improving resource efficiency.
Social Impact: The automated production line ensures stable and controllable production quality.
