High configuration MFDC resistance welding machines are primarily used for spot welding and projection welding processes, such as the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other alloys.

- The maximum short circuit current from 40KA to 110KA.
- At an air pressure of 6bar, the welding pressure of our welder ranges between 10000~24000N.
- A rhombus roller ram is a standard configuration on this type of welding machine.
- The effective throat depth is 950mm.
- A one-stroke cylinder is a standard configuration for this welding machine, though a double cylinder and servo electric cylinder are also compatible with our welding equipment. These two cylinders are optional choices.
