Aluminum Welding Precautions

Aluminum alloy is widely used in industrial products   because ya i ts   good physical properties . A lmost all   welding methods can be used to weld aluminum and aluminum alloy, but aluminum and aluminum alloy have different   adaptability to   various welding methods, and ea c h  welding method   ha s  its   own application s . However, welding   aluminum alloys is still a problem for many manufacturers. In   the   f oll owing   pa ra gr a ph s,   we wi ll introduce some   precautions for welding aluminum alloys.

1  When welding aluminum alloy ,  the surface of the aluminum alloy   lazima   be cle an ed fir s t   Th ere   sh oul d b e no   fumes, dust, o r a ny   ot her con ta mi nan ts   A ddition a lly , thick plate aluminum alloy should be cleaned with a wire brush   na   then acetone  

2. If the plate is thicker, you can preheat the plate, this can   prevent ins u ffi ci ent preheating , wh ich c an   cause weld ing   to b e impenetrable   Tumia a s mal l curren t to close the pit katika t he a rc

3  Welding must be standardized na pe r forme d  according to the thickness of the plate.

4  If you use  a  welding gun , the  welding gun cable  should not be too long   I f  it is  too long ,  it   will cause  wire feed  instability
