Customer Situation: The customer's existing equipment is manually operated and prone to leakage and incorrect welding problems, resulting in an inability to ensure product quality and low production efficiency.
Heron Solution: We used a visual gripping system and customized a projection welding workstation to meet customer needs for a fully automated production process. By programming, we achieved simultaneous production of multiple products and increased the workstation's utilization rate.
Economic Impact: Single loading quantity is 150 pieces. Workers are only responsible for loading, unloading, and replacing material frames. Workshop inspection only requires one person, allowing for management of multiple automatic welding stations. Labor costs have significantly decreased.
Social Impact: Fully automatic production ensures product quality and improves labour efficiency. This workstation production cycle time is 16.8s/piece.
Environmental Impact: The resistance welding process is pollution-free, emission-free, and has low energy consumption. It can also achieve whole-room temperature production.
