What are the specific operation steps of Transgun?

The transgun is a kind of spot welder. It is very common in the market, widely used, inexpensive and popular with the public. About the specific operation steps of the welder, there are many people who do not know about it.

a.Connect the water channel, check the water pressure and flow rate should meet the requirements.

b.Connect the air source, adjust and check the air pressure. When using welding guns, another air source needs to be turned off (by adjusting the pressure reducing valve clockwise).

c.Set the various parameters of the control system according to the controller operation manual. (See the controller operation manual for details).

d. Put the controller function switch in the "debug" position, start the operation switch installed on the welding gun, check whether the pneumatic parts and the welding gun are normal and reliable, and whether the controller programs are working normally.

e. Switch the controller function "work" position of the welding operation. The welding parts should be cleaned and free of rust spots. Put the welding material into the welding jaws, press the start switch on the welding jaws, the spot welder will automatically complete the welding cycle and weld the joint according to the preset program. Remove the weld plate, twist and peel. The fusion core should be left on one plate, leaving a small hole in the other plate. The diameter of the fusion core is about 80% of the electrode tip diameter. This indicates good welding quality, otherwise the welding specification parameters should be adjusted.

f. Electrodes of different diameters can be used for different thicknesses of workpieces, and the welding specification parameters can be adjusted.

g. Welding operation can be adjusted by trial welding water flow air pressure and welding specification parameters.

h. After welding with the transgun, the power, water and gas source should be cut off in time. When the winter temperature in the north is below 4<000000>#8451;, the cooling water in the equipment needs to be blown out with compressed air to prevent icing and cooling water freezing and damage!
