Our Vertical BTM Clinching Machine adopts the stationary structure and pneumatic-hydraulic booster cylinder with excellent rigidity, which produces stable connections that can withstand high static forces and dynamic stresses. Equipped with the Tog-L-Loc®, the flow of materials into the interlock are uninhibited by stationary die components. And at present we are available in 8 tons, 15 tons two models.

8T BTM Clinch Machine

This equipment can clinch two or more layers with combined thickness from 0.2 mm to 7.0 mm. Clinching is effective for a wide array of metal alloys and combinations and is applicable to sheet metal with pre-painted surfaces, galvanized surfaces and other finishes. Moreover, it can also be used to join certain non-metals, like filter cloth, to parts made of sheet metal.
