MFDC welder vs AC welders

MFDC welders deliver a highly stable direct current waveform, producing minimal power peaks and virtually no spatter during the welding process. This enhances the quality and reliability of welds, ensuring a superior finish on every time.

MFDC welders are not affected by parts' shape and material, eliminating the challenges of inductance loss often faced in traditional systems. This adaptability makes it a versatile choice for a varity of welding applications.

With an energy requirement of only two-thirds that of conventional AC welders, MFDC systems significantly reduce the demand on factory power grids. Their ability to maintain precise control over welding current, even during voltage fluctuations, underscores their efficiency.

MFDC welders boast a dramatically reduced weight—only one-third of the AC transformer. This portability is particularly advantageous for robotic welding systems, allowing for greater flexibility and ease of integration into automated environments.

Embracing a green approach, MFDC technology eliminates pollution associated with traditional power supplies. The ability to work in harmony with existing robot welding tooling control systems eliminates the need for separate power grids, contributing to a cleaner manufacturing process.
