Challenge:

The customer experienced unstable welding quality and large manual welding error. They had an urgent need to improve production capacity and production efficiency.

Solution:

To overcome this challenge we designed an automatic system for conductive busbar welding, and adopting advanced information technology tools to monitor production quality. The whole line only needs 1 operator to refill the material, the rest of the process is completed automatically.
