Challenge:
The customer originally used AC resistance welding, which resulted in the rusting of welded joints, reducing the lifespan of the finished product. This process was labor and material intensive.
Solution:
To improve this situation, we introduced Tog-L-Log clinching technology, solving the problem of rusting from a fundamental perspective. We also introduced a vision system to build an integrated workstation, realizing automatic material picking and feeding.
