Project Background:

1. The welded products are unstable and prone to the problem of dropping nuts with weak welding.

3. Existing welding process requires tapping back the teeth and filler welding, low production efficiency, but also increases the cost of non-essential consumables.

Solution:

1. Using medium-voltage capacitor discharge resistance welding process to replace the original process, ensures the quality of the nut welding and reduces the welding process.

2. Compact design of the equipment body, reducing the space occupied

3. It reduces the tapping back process and the filler welding process, saves consumables (gas and welding wire, etc.) and reduces investment in equipment, facilities and manpower.
