1. The chassis of the butt welding machine must be grounded. The purpose of grounding is to prevent accidental electrification of the welder enclosure and is essential in any case. Butt welding machines can widely use natural grounding body grounding electrodes, such as water pipes, metal structures with reliable connection structures to the earth, etc. However, inflammable and explosive pipes must be prohibited as natural grounding bodies. The natural grounding resistance is greater than 4Ω, and the artificial grounding body is used. Otherwise, electric shock accidents or even fires may be caused.
2. The insulation of the welding electrode clip must be reliable, and it is forbidden to use welding pliers without a shell to prevent accidents.
3. Personnel must wear gloves when changing welding, if the clothes are soaked with sweat, it does not depend on metal and electric shock.
4. The construction personnel must disconnect the power switch for the maintenance of the welding machine, and switch to a clear disconnection interval, and check with an electric pen to ensure that there is a power failure that can be repaired.
5. When the welding machine moves, the power supply must be cut off, and it is not allowed to move the welding machine cable by dragging.
6. If the butt welding machine is at work, if there is a sudden power failure, the power supply should be cut off immediately to prevent sudden electric shock.
