Customer Situation:  The customer's production line was non-automated, resulting in unstable welding quality, low welding efficiency, and high labor costs.

Heron Solution: To address the customer's issue, we have developed a fully automated production line with simplified production processes and a production cycle time of 5s.

Economic Impact:

- Fully automatic loading reduces labor costs.

- Copper tube loading adopts an external loading method, which solves the risk of leakage welding caused by two halves of the electrode for copper tube automation, resulting in more stable welding quality.

Social Impact: Reducing two transferring sequences of the shell achieves seamless connection with the customer's cleaning machine, reducing the transfer of shell materials, and improving overall production efficiency.
