At present, the manufacturing of air-conditioning compressor liquid storage tanks mainly adopts the furnace brazing or arc welding process. However, these processes incur high costs, with the arc welding process resulting in the formation of oxidized skin and lower yields. Meanwhile, the furnace brazing process is limited by economic batch sizes and environmental concerns are associated with both methods.
