The welding machine uses of positive and negative poles in the instantaneous short-circuit generated by the high-temperature arc to melt the electrode on the solder and the workpiece to be welded, to achieve the purpose of making them combined. Welding machines generally according to the type of output power supply can be divided into two types, one is the AC power supply, and the other is the DC power supply. Welding machines can be seen everywhere in all walks of life, playing different roles. Daily care and maintenance also deserve our attention. The following are some tips for welding machine maintenance:
1. Can't get wet
The welder motor must not be exposed to moisture and must be kept in a dry place when stored. Cover with tarpaulin when storing to
prevent moisture intrusion.
2. Avoid intrusion of debris
It must be protected as much as possible from dirt, water droplets, metal or other debris, both in storage and in operation.
3. Avoiding clutter coverage
Do not cover the motor with other debris during operation, so as not to impede heat dissipation resulting in overheating and burning of the motor.
4. Clean up the dirt
Often clean the dirt from various parts and check the fastening screws to prevent loosening.
5. Regular inspection
Regularly check the control wiring for desoldering, broken ends, loose screws, etc.
