1. The chassis of the butt welding machine must be grounded. The butt welding machine can make extensive use of natural grounding body ground electrodes, such as water pipes, and have reliable connections with the earth. The metal structure of the connection structure, etc. However, flammable and explosive pipes must be prohibited from being used as natural grounding bodies. 4. When maintaining the welding machine, construction workers must disconnect the power switch and switch it to an obvious disconnect interval. Use an electric pen to check to ensure that there is a power outage and can be repaired.

5. When moving the welding machine, the power supply must be cut off, and dragging the welding machine cable is not allowed.

6. If the butt welding machine suddenly loses power during operation, the power supply should be cut off immediately to prevent sudden electric shock.
