1) Keep the seam welder clean. Dispense with the main drive wheel pallets of the loaders daily. Electric guide rod, welding electricity on the spatter, spoil and dust.
2)Check the moistening of each shift prefabricated component of the seam welder every day, especially the reducer slide, electric guide rod and reducer rack must be moistened every day.
3)Check the wear and tear of the seam welder's electric palm daily. If the welding circuit is too deep or adheres badly, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
4) Check twice a day the flange of the seam welder shaft, reducer system bearing seat, limit wheel fastening bolts tightening. If found loose, immediately tighten.
5) Check daily whether there is water seepage in the water cooling system of the rolling welder; at the end of winter work, the residual cooling water of the pipeline must be blown dry every day to avoid damage to the equipment; the excessive flow of cooling water in summer will cause the exposed scene of the electric plate, resulting in a stable decline in insulation, which should get rid of condensation at this moment, and the amount of cooling water should be debugged to avoid condensation.
