1. Torsion test

On a short roll test piece of the same material as the product, the seam welder spot welds only one weld joint. If it is a thin plate, twist the test piece by hand with the fusion core as the center so that the welded part breaks.

2. Pry test

The seam welder pry test is divided into two kinds, namely the non-destructive test of the product, and the full-wave test mainly used for pumping.

3. Peel test

The peel test is a damage test conducted with a test piece. The test piece is made of the same material as the product, and is checked by damage to the test piece. It is usually a single point welding part, but when there are multiple welding joints in the longitudinal column, the damage test can also be performed one by one from the end. This test is applicable to thin plates.
