Challenge:

An OEM customer experienced difficulties managing loose nuts due to unstable welding quality; Because of this, their existing production process required re-tapping and patch welding, resulting in low productive efficiency and need to purchase an increasing amount of non-essential consumables, pre-occupying factory space.

Solution:

In order to solve this problem, we introduced the medium frequency DC resistance welding process to improve the stability of welding quality.

Impact:

● Reduce the secondary processing procedures, improve production efficiency;

● Reduces energy consumption and saves costs;

● Improve the stability of welding quality, reduce the heat-affected zone makes the appearance of the finished welding product more beautiful.
