Challenge:

The low productivity of the customer's existing equipment can not meet the demand, and poor compatibility can not meet the product replacement.The low degree of automation of the existing equipment leads to the need for a large number of workers, resulting in high labor costs and unstable welding quality.

In order to solve this problem, we design automated production lines capable of riveting multiple points at the same time. At the same time, we increase the compatibility of each station by servo mechanism changeover.
