1. Before use, check and confirm the initial use, correct wiring of the second line, input voltage in accordance with the welder nameplate, and know the type and applicable range of welding current. After the power is turned on, it is strictly forbidden to touch the charged part of the primary line. Protective cover should be installed at the secondary wiring.
2. Within 10m of the welding site, no piles of oil, wood, oxygen cylinders, acetylene generators and other flammable and explosive items.
3. Welding of copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other non-ferrous metals should be carried out in a well-ventilated area, and welders should wear masks or breathing filters.
4. Welding operations and coordination personnel should wear labor articles as required, and take relevant accident measures.
5. When moving the spot welder, the power supply should be cut off and the welder should not be moved by dragging the cable. In case of a sudden power failure while welding, the power supply should be cut off.
6. When multiple spot welding machines are used centrally, they should be connected to a three-phase power network to balance the three-phase load. Multiple welding machine grounding device should be connected to the ground, not in series.
