The welding machine has been applied in many industrial fields. Due to its flexibility, simplicity, convenience, solidity, stability and the advantages of the same strength as the base material after welding has been widely used.
1. Inverter welding machine failure causes
As the inverter welder belongs to electronic products, its complex structure and process, as well as the instability of certain components, can lead to the failure of the welder. The common causes of failure are roughly as follows.
1). Transportation vibration
2). Working voltage is not within the range of use
3). Overload
4). Improper use
5). Poor quality of individual components, etc.
2.The inverter welder commonly used maintenance methods
1). Resistance method: Use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of each device in the circuit. Check whether there is a short circuit and open circuit in the circuit. If the resistance is damaged, capacitor loss of capacity, transistor breakdown damage, short circuit or open circuit, etc. The method is relatively simple and commonly used for the initial fault determination of resistance, capacitance, inductance, transistors, integrated circuits, etc.
2). Voltage method: that is, in the circuit power state, measuring the working voltage of each working point of the circuit is normal. This method requires familiarity with the circuit. But the measurement and judgment results will be more accurate.
3). Replacement method: is a good component to replace some components in the circuit can not determine whether the normal components, in order to determine and eliminate the fault method. The method is generally used for machines that can roughly determine the fault site, and is generally used as a follow-up judgment method to the resistance method.
4). Waveform judgment method: Under the relevant conditions, you can use an oscilloscope and other instruments to observe the operating waveform of each operating point and analyze the circuit fault site from the waveform. This is a more intuitive fault analysis method for analyzing some difficult diseases.
