Challenge:
A refrigeration compressor company with an arc welding process experienced harsh operating conditions. complex dis-assembly and installation processes, and the need for frequent replacement of the thermistor chain; the yield of the arc welding process is low, while pollutants are environmentally damaging.
Solution:
To solve this challenge, we introduced a capacitor discharge welding system to achieve pollution-free, emission-free production; by avoiding continuous heating, we also achieved lower energy consumption. The production line can be automated to reduce operators and , the production cycle time is 15s/pc.
